Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, the help you need, and a project description. You may also provide a phone number and existing website. We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and prepare a quote. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How inquiries are handled

Form submissions are passed to our email delivery provider, Resend, and our business mailbox so we can respond. Our website does not keep a separate inquiry database. A temporary in-memory record of email addresses and attempt counts helps limit repeated submissions; it is cleared when the rate-limit window resets or the application restarts.

Website operation

Our hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Access and retention

We use inquiry information for business communication and project administration, not to sell contact lists. Inquiries may remain in our business email records. If you would like us to correct or delete information you sent, contact us; we will discuss your request and any records we need to retain.
